    GAPS Binder: Intro Diet Recipes {Stage 2}

    October 4, 2012 by Brandy Vencel

    Today I’m going to share my collection of Stage 2 recipes. And here is a link to my Stage 2 pinboard, which is where I’ll add recipes that I find after publishing this post. I’m doing these posts because, as much as I like Pinterest, I find that a single post with links is much more efficient, probably because it requires far fewer clicks to get to them!

    The main difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 is that you can try eggs, beginning with a single raw egg yolk and working up to eating eggs. However you like them! When you start with egg yolk, the easiest thing to do is to just drop a yolk into a Stage 1 soup. By the time you hit Stage 3, you’ll be one your way to scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast. Yum!

    The other thing you get to add is a casseroles and stews. They closely resemble the soups, but they are…less soupy, I suppose.

    Because there aren’t huge differences, I don’t have a lot of recipes here. I was still utilizing my Stage 1 recipes for the most part and just trying to get eggs added into our diet.

    If any of you have any Stage 2 recipes, please link them in the comments! Thanks!
