[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n reading through my survey results, it became very evident that there are basically two groups of people here. There are those of you who are in the same place on the journey as I am {actually, a few of you are much farther along — you know who you are!}, and you want to talk shop. Then, there are those of you who feel like you’ve known about Charlotte Mason — or even home education — for about five minutes. You want to talk shop, too, but sometimes you feel like you are listening to a foreign language.
Newbie Tuesday is going to be written just for you!
How You Can Help
I really want this newsletter to be for you. I want it to be exactly what you need. So I’m asking you to tell me what you need. This way, I’m not guessing. A number of you gave me some information in the survey, but now I’m asking for more. I want this year of newsletters {which will begin in February} to be truly helpful and not just more clutter in your inbox.
Now, some of you have mentioned to me privately that you are embarrassed by your own ignorance, so I’ve added a form right here that you can fill out anonymously.
See? That was painless!

I just wanted to say I love these! I’m not really a newbie, but have definitely not implemented all of Charlotte’s ideas like I wish I would have. These newsletters are so encourageing! Thank you!
Your new Footers look great! Can’t wait to see those reading lists grow through the year.
Thanks, Kortney. 🙂
Then, there are those of us who are old *and* new 🙂 Thanks, this looks fantastic. I don’t have suggestions, write everything.
Yes, I was trying to decide how to categorize you, dawn. You do not fit neatly into a box. 🙂
Percolated ideas. New to application which causes re percolation 🙂
I must need more coffee.
I think your word of the year should have been Coffee. 🙂
The word of your life oughtn’t be your word of your year. (Slight exaggeration)
I was up really late last night watching the Buckeyes WIN a National Championship!
Ha!
